About the role:
- Identify/approach potential clients (e.g. artists) to distribute their music/songs through UMG
- Assist with strategy (e.g. release scheduling, product availability & visibility, playlists curation etc.) for a successful release
- Analyze performance of 3rd parties and provide reports both internally as well as externally for our 3rd party partners
- Maintain relationship with 3rd parties for smooth distribution of the artists’ songs
Desirable Traits:
- At least 6 years of experience with Account Management
- Good network/connections with label/artists
- Experience with entertainment/ music/ agencies or related industry
- Well versed with digital tools/platforms
- Well organized and able to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously
- Good analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent presentation skills

We are in search of an Office Administrator & Receptionist to be based in Above Countries
Role Summary
The Office Administrator & Receptionist is responsible to manage front desk activities, administration of GA and Board of Directors.
About this role:
- Performing day-to-day Receptionist/ Front office roles of handling guests, incoming and outgoing phone calls & mails
- Managing general affairs including organizing office amenities, logistics, driver schedule, GA vendors, employee database, employee attendance, annual leave, and travelling accommodation (including basic bookkeeping and issue Purchase Order, organizing and filing documents)
- Managing gifts for special occasions (birthdays, religious festivals, weddings, grievance, new-born, etc.)
- Functioning as Personal Assistant of Board of Directors, and submit documents related to reimbursements for entertainment expense/ medical expenses to Finance Department.
Desirable Traits:
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and expense systems
- Multitasking ability and a strong sense of initiative
- Good work ethics & behavior (friendly, polite, punctual, helpful, willing to learn)
- Good command of English language (both written and spoken)
Digital Ads and Social Media Specialist

About the role:
- Management and Execution of Digital media buys
- Plan and execute social media campaigns by working with the Marketing team
Digital Advertising
- Develop strategic paid media plans including media spend projections, media mix suitable for specific campaign matching with given budget, target audiences, and objectives.
- Plan, buy, optimize and manage digital media campaigns (Facebook, IG, YouTube, Search etc.) via buying internal analytic tools to optimize media buys
- Generate weekly and monthly report that drives media efficiency.
Social Media
- Establish social media strategy for each platform - Create strategy and recommended ways of working for each social platform including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, Twitter etc. to ensure our content is catered for the uniqueness of each platform.
- Working closely with Marketing team to ensure executions of social media campaigns for local and international priorities.
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our social community across all social media channels. Including content monitoring, ensuring a timely response, managing organic and paid influencer/social media programs.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Manage digital influencer campaigns
Desirable Traits:
- At least 3 years of experience with digital ads/ social media management
- Experience with digital platforms (e.g. Facebook ads, YouTube ads etc.)
- Experience from digital agency, music, entertainment or related industry would be highly advantageous
- Experience liaising with internal as well as external partners
- Experience with generating reports and data analysis

About the role:
- Talent scouting – Artists & Songwriters / Music Production team / Video Directors etc
- Repertoire research based on Domestic Dept. head direction
- Oversee and coordinates with Music Professionals regarding Production works
- Liaise with Songwriters & Publishers, recording studios, graphic designers, Music Video directors and more
- Manage Artists production calendar
- Organize and edit Audio and video
- Assist with Artists marketing and promotion
Desirable Traits:
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Experience with Recording/Editing software
- Great network/connection within the local music industry (Artists, Songwriters, Music Production, Video Directors etc.)
- Great knowledge with the local music
